
Description:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of strategic employee engagement and experience programs.
- Drive wellbeing initiatives across mental, physical, and social dimensions to support employee health and productivity.
- Design and execute organizational development (OD), culture, and lifecycle-based interventions.
- Partner with leadership teams to provide insights and inputs on performance management, talent, and workforce planning.
- Manage engagement and experience for an employee base of approximately 400600 employees.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders and maintain clear, effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Measure the impact of engagement initiatives and continuously improve programs based on feedback and analytics.
What Were Looking For:
- 6-10 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, organizational development, or culture strategy.
- Proven ability to design frameworks and deliver measurable engagement interventions.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
