Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely Customer Service - Order Cycle Management

- Ensure all Custom Bonded Warehouses and compliant with SOP & regulatory requirements.

- Implement PRIME/CMP at all CBW.

- Work on improving CHA performance and ensure timely customs clearance of CAB, BIO & export shipment.

- Ensure all Export shipments comply with statutory requirements of origin and destination w.r.t documentation and related requirements.

- Monitor Warehouse KPIs and identify areas of improvement.

- Work on regular monitoring of stock count adherence.

- Identify and work on non-value-added activities to streamline material flow within DG & FG through Value Stream Mapping and re-work on the WH Layout.

- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities around MHE / WH Space / Loading throughput / CAPEX / Transportation and other areas.

- Drive digitization for the EXIM Operations and enhance/implement digital tools.

- Periodic review of CHA / Custom Bonded Warehouse Operator / Transporter performance (define & track KPI and work on improvement)

- Ensure all export shipments are executed as per the agreed TAT.
