Position: Lead - Logistics. Role responsibilities : - Manage Pan-India transportation for FTL, LTL, and import and export modes - Continuously evaluate and explore warehousing and 3PL options for increasing footprint. - Engage with transporters on service levels and conduct regular monthly reviews - Analyse costs and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency - Identify opportunities to reduce dependence on LTL transportation - Monitor TAT levels and work towards the improvement of service levels for Maximum customer satisfaction - Ensure all B2B and B2C transportation is handled efficiently with the right cost and TAT metrics - Continuously identify new transporters for improvement in cost and service level metrics - Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. - Supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Role essentials : 1.
