Role Overview:

As the Lead for Logistics & Transportation based in Bangalore, you will spearhead the end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring seamless integration between our warehouse operations and last-mile delivery networks. You will act as the primary architect of our supply chain efficiency, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including procurement, sales, and external logistics partners, to optimize transit times and reduce operational costs. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction by ensuring reliable, on-time deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of inventory integrity and transportation safety across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust transportation strategies to streamline distribution routes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to strict delivery timelines for our end customers.

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment, to maintain high accuracy levels and support scalable business growth.

- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and transport vendors, negotiating service level agreements to ensure consistent performance and service quality.

- Analyze network operations data to identify bottlenecks, implementing process improvements that enhance throughput and operational agility.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to meet ambitious organizational targets.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex logistics networks, with a proven ability to balance operational speed with fiscal responsibility.

- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret supply chain metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to refine transportation strategies and warehouse workflows.
