- Managing a dedicated team of 12 legal professionals across India, enhancing team productivity and legal efficiency.

- High-Stake Case Management: Successfully handling SARFAESI cases PAN INDIA, implementing strategic litigation and negotiation tactics to optimize outcomes issuance to possession and police assistance, improving legal compliance and debtor management.

- Demonstrated proficiency in drafting, vetting, and filing critical documents and applications, ensuring adherence to legal standards and timelines across all legal forums.

- Advocate and Court Relations: Built and maintained robust relationships with empaneled advocates and judicial authorities, leading to more efficient legal process navigation and representation in various courts and tribunals.

- Legal Documentation & Filing: Oversaw the meticulous preparation, vetting, and filing of legal documents across multiple legal frameworks, streamlining operations and enhancing case readiness. Strategically managed revisions/appeals in higher forums.

- Negotiation & Settlement: Drove negotiations and amicable settlements, significantly reducing litigation costs and fostering positive relationships with defaulters.

- Operational Excellence & Reporting: Implemented comprehensive legal MIS and reporting protocols, providing transparent and actionable insights to the legal head and ensuring efficient vendor management, Internal Audit, Digitization of Legal Process. Imparting training to the PAN INDIA Team quarterly for knowledge enhancement.
