We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Learning Content Management function. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in content curation, learning experience platforms (LXP), and learning management systems (LMS). You will play a critical role in designing and managing scalable, engaging, and effective learning content strategies aligned with our organizational learning goals. Key Responsibilities: Content Curation & Strategy - Lead the curation, organization, and lifecycle management of digital learning content across various formats and platforms. - Evaluate and deploy industry-leading content curation tools to streamline content discovery and delivery. - Partner with subject matter experts to curate or co-create custom learning pathways. - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in digital learning. Platform Management (LMS/LXP) - Oversee end-to-end management and optimization of the organization's LMS/LXP, including integrations, user management, and reporting. - Ensure seamless learner experience through intuitive platform navigation, personalized content recommendations, and effective search features. - Monitor platform analytics and usage data to evaluate learning impact and improve content effectiveness. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with internal teams including L&D, IT, HRBPs, and external vendors to align content strategies with learning objectives. - Train business stakeholders and facilitators in content uploading, tagging, and usage best practices. - Lead a small team of content curators or platform admins as needed. Governance & Compliance - Develop content tagging taxonomy, governance policies, and quality assurance processes. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and copyright standards in the use of third-party content. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, or related field. Master's preferred. - 7+ years of experience in digital learning content management, with at least 2 years in a lead role. - Strong hands-on experience with content curation tools such as EdCast, Anders Pink, Degreed, or similar. - Proven expertise in managing LMS (e.g., Moodle, SAP Litmos, Cornerstone) or LXP (e.g., EdCast, Degreed, Docebo). - Ability to analyze learning data and derive actionable insights. - Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: - Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, HTML5, and learning analytics. - Experience in deploying personalized learning journeys. - Exposure to AI-driven content recommendation systems.
