
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with L&OD and HR teams to prepare and execute organization, BU, and team-level interventions, ensuring timely delivery and follow-through to assess effectiveness.
- Build industry connections, implement best practices, and engage with internal stakeholders to improve learner experience and learning outcomes.
- Evaluate, engage, and manage vendors and contracts, ensuring delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, ensure audit compliance, and track KPIs for training programs.
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Qualifications
- Total Experience: 3-5 years, including 2+ years specifically in Learning & Development roles.
- Experience facilitating virtual platforms for large audiences.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end L&D projects.
- Strong proficiency in reporting and MIS preparation.

Preferred Skills
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related fields.
- Experience in content development or facilitation.
- Knowledge of e-learning module development and storyboarding.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Articulate.
- Certification or experience in Instructional Design or Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
