Role Purpose:
The Learning & Development Professional will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and executing impactful learning interventions, and ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals. This role demands expertise in training evaluation methodologies, HRMS integration, and ROI measurement, coupled with strong stakeholder management and leadership engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct organization-wide and departmental Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align training initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Design and execute innovative training programs, both classroom and digital.
- Implement Level 1-4 evaluations (Kirkpatrick Model) to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Develop frameworks to measure ROI of training interventions and present cost-benefit analysis.
- Manage training modules on HRMS/LMS platforms and ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
- Partner with business heads and leaders to co-create solutions for capability building.
- Explore new learning methodologies and technologies for impactful delivery.
- Ensure flawless execution of training events, programs, and learning campaigns.

Educational & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field and Master's degree in HR, Business Administration,
- 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
- Certification in Training, Instructional Design, or Kirkpatrick evaluation (preferred).
