
About Our Client:
Our client is a large MNC in the B2B food services space, known for its scale, operational depth, and customer-centric delivery. As they build their L&D function from the ground up, they are looking for a seasoned professional to drive capability building across levels and functions, with reporting to the CEO.
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and lead the L&D function across leadership, corporate, frontline(including kitchens) level
- Design and implement functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and internal capability building
- Align L&D initiatives with business needs in close partnership with CXOs
- Build a lean L&D team, manage external partners, and scale delivery through digital platforms
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in end-to-end L&D and training across levels
- Strong exposure to capability building in hospitality, catering, QSR or other B2B service sectors
- Hands-on experience in both classroom and digital learning strategies
- Proven ability to work with CXO leadership and build teams from scratch
- Agile, outcome-driven, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
