About:

- Leading and driving capability development interventions and initiatives.

- Focus on driving IDPs, Career paths and Assessment centers.

- Driving local Talent Development strategy.

- Build roadmap & Do Succession Planning

- Managing the common processes and day-to-day L&D operations

- Driving the Learning agenda

- Track learning outcomes through productivity, service performance, sales uplift and behavioral change indicators

- Build best-in-class training assets in collaboration with product, marketing and service teams
