Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive soft skills and behavioral learning roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Training Design & Delivery: Create and deliver programs on communication, customer-centricity, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and leadership development.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the L&D team to ensure effective program design, facilitation, and delivery.
- Needs Assessment: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify capability gaps and recommend learning interventions.
- LMS Management: Oversee the end-to-end administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) including course creation, learner engagement, reporting, and analytics.
- Learning Innovation: Promote blended learning, digital modules, and microlearning to build a scalable learning culture.
- Measurement & ROI: Define and track learning effectiveness metrics; generate dashboards and insights for leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful learning outcomes.
