Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the behavioural and soft skills training strategy across the organization.
- Partner with CXOs, HRBPs, and business leaders to identify current and future skill gaps.
- Design scalable learning frameworks and leadership development programs.
- Lead a team of trainers, coaches, and external partners to deliver impactful interventions.
- Integrate behavioural training into talent management, performance, and succession planning.
- Measure ROI of learning programs and align outcomes with business impact.
- Drive innovation in learning methodologies (digital, blended, experiential, coaching).
