Lead - Knowledge Management Reports to: Head Quality Location: Bengaluru About the job: The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end Knowledge Management initiatives across the organization. It includes interacting with GBL / SL leadership to understand KM needs in the unit and strategize KM road plan and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Capture the knowledge generated in the organization at various levels and share the same to the knowledge seekers and reduce the TAT for customer deliverables. - Build and deploy frameworks for simplifying various critical processes in onboarding new customers. - Build and implement KM solutions for the delivery teams - Build, design, customize SharePoint portal with advance capabilities like dynamic reporting, dashboards, enterprise search, integration capabilities. - Manage the team in providing technical support in implementing the SharePoint based solutions (sites, workspaces, content structure, metadata, features etc) - Build collaborative applications (socially aware/discussion driven, non-document centric) - Drive end-to-end implementation of SharePoint solutions. Must Have Skills/Experience: - Good Leadership, Interpersonal skills with stronger focus on executive leadership connect. - Customer facing experience. - Process Transformation and Re-engineering Experience - Experience in driving initiatives at the Organization level with the impact on P&L - Good exposure to Org wide Knowledge Management Technical skills: - MOSS 2016, 2019 & SharePoint Online - Visual studio 2016 WSS extension 1.1 or Visual studio 2019 WSS extension 1.3 - WSP builder - Webpart programming/designing - Custom workflow deployment (sequential & state workflow) - Declarative workflow - XSLT, XML, HTML, JavaScript - Extensive use of STSADM utility - Working knowledge of SQL server - Creation of list definitions and fields - Thorough knowledge of feature activation and dependencies - Visual studio 2016 SharePoint development tools - Integration with O365 applications like PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate.
