A leading, large-scale organization is looking to hire a senior professional to lead its Archives and Knowledge Management function at a national level.
Role Overview:
He will be responsible for managing, preserving, and modernising archival assets while delivering high-quality business and market information to internal stakeholders across locations. The role plays a key part in supporting research, content usage, and business decision-making through structured and reliable information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead archival preservation and records management in line with defined policies and standards
- Drive modernization initiatives including digitisation, system improvements, and process enhancement
- Provide on-demand business and market intelligence such as company profiles, industry reports, sector updates, consumer insights, and advertising/financial data
- Track and curate information from newspapers, magazines, digital platforms, and other credible sources
- Support use of archival content for research, editorial needs, and monetization initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of archival and information professionals
