Job Title: Lead - Investor Relationships (FI Syndication)

Role Overview

Organisation is looking to onboard a dynamic professional to lead lender and investor relationships for its FI syndication and structured finance business. The role will focus on building and managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and institutional investors, and driving successful placement of debt transactions including term loans, NCDs, and securitization.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with PSU banks, private banks, foreign banks, NBFCs, AIFs, mutual funds, insurance companies, family offices, and wealth platforms.

- Drive end-to-end syndication and placement of debt transactions including term loans, NCDs, and securitized instruments.

- Engage with investors to understand credit appetite, sector preferences, and pricing benchmarks.

- Work closely with internal teams on deal positioning, investor targeting, and execution strategy.

- Anchor investor discussions, term sheet negotiations, and transaction closures.

- Track market developments, liquidity trends, and investor behaviour to provide real-time market feedback.

- Expand the firm's lender/investor network and deepen existing relationships.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely closures.

Profile & Qualifications

- 6-10 years of experience in FI coverage, debt syndication, credit markets, or investor relations.

- Strong network across banks, NBFCs, AIFs, mutual funds, and other institutional debt investors.

- Good understanding of debt products including term loans, NCDs, and securitization.

- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
