Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader to spearhead our Investor Relations function within the pharmaceutical sector. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary bridge between the organization and the global investment community, crafting our equity story and ensuring transparent, consistent communication of our business performance and long-term vision. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and the Board of Directors to shape corporate strategy, manage quarterly earnings cycles, and navigate complex market narratives. By fostering strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our market valuation and ensuring our corporate reputation remains robust in a highly regulated and competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of the comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's pharmaceutical pipeline and financial performance to the global capital markets.

- Manage the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of scripts, presentations, and Q&A documents to ensure clear and accurate messaging to analysts and shareholders.

- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and portfolio managers to drive long-term shareholder value and improve stock liquidity.

- Collaborate with the corporate strategy and finance teams to synthesize complex business data into compelling narratives that align with our growth objectives and regulatory milestones.

- Oversee the corporate communication and public relations strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all external platforms, protecting and enhancing the company's brand equity.

- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning to inform internal decision-making and board-level discussions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep expertise in financial modeling, equity research, and valuation methodologies to translate pharmaceutical R&D progress into tangible financial outcomes.

- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific and financial information into clear, persuasive messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.

- Possess a strong track record of navigating high-pressure environments, including managing crisis communications and sensitive market disclosures with poise and professional integrity.

- Leverage an extensive network within the financial services and pharmaceutical sectors to proactively identify and engage potential investors and market influencers.

- Hold a postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA, or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 13 to 18 years of progressive experience in investor relations or equity research.

- Thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment in Mumbai or Ahmedabad, demonstrating the agility to work across cross-functional teams and time zones to meet critical reporting deadlines.
