Our Client is a reputed Listed BFSI Company headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Role : Lead Investor Relations

Job Location : Mumbai (Work From Office)

Qualification Required : Qualified CA (1st attempt) / MBA (2 years' full time) from Tier 1 B-School

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop investor confidence and belief in the Companys vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value.

- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.

- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.

- Manage equity research and investor relationships.

- Build financial and valuation models and drive discussions with external parties.

- Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues etc.

- Oversee and manage the development of annual operating plan.

- Lead the Institutional brand building of the company

- Ensure regulatory compliance

Job Requirements:

- Qualified CA (1st attempt) / MBA (2 years' full time) from Tier 1 B-School

- Atleast 7 years of experience in Investor Realtions / Equity Research

- Strong understanding of regulatory, disclosure & filing requirements

- Deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.

- Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, macroeconomics, competitor activities, industry dynamics, customer trends as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.
