ROLE PURPOSE:
You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO, in close partnership with the CFO, to shape how investors understand, value and own Atomberg in its early years as a public company. You'll own our equity story, the quarterly results cycle and our investor base. You'll make sure that what we commit to the market is tracked and delivered, and you'll lead our future capital raises. The aim is that the market values us fairly and capital is there whenever our growth needs it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Equity story and positioning: own Atomberg's investment thesis, investor presentation, fact sheet and Q&A bank. Keep them sharp as we grow into new categories, and benchmark how investors value us against Indian and global peers.
- Delivering on our commitments: track every medium- and long-term commitment we make to the market, from guidance and growth targets to margins, capacity and launch timelines. Work with business and functional heads to drive the actions behind each one, track progress and flag risks early, so we deliver what we say.
- Results and guidance: run the quarterly results cycle with the CFO, including the investor presentation, press release, earnings call script and Q&A preparation. Shape our approach to guidance so we set expectations we can meet.
- Investor base: identify and win long-term domestic and global institutions. Run investor meetings, conferences, and plant and R&D visits for the CEO and CFO. Analyse the shareholder register regularly and engage holders before they act.
- Analyst coverage: build and deepen sell-side coverage, brief analysts, and check market consensus against internal plans.
- Future capital raises: own QIPs, follow-on offerings, preferential issues and block deals end to end, including orderly exits by pre-IPO investors. Work with the CFO, bankers and legal counsel from preparation to placement.
- M&A support: bring the investor's view to acquisitions and investments. Support valuation and due diligence, and own how each deal is explained to the market.
- Disclosure and market insight: partner with the Company Secretary on SEBI LODR disclosures, insider trading rules and price-sensitive communication. Prepare response plans for unexpected events, and report investor feedback and sentiment to the CEO and Board every quarter.
QUALIFICATION:
- MBA - 2014-2020 passout.
LOCATION:
- Mumbai (Vikhroli - HO)
