Position Overview: Lead International Logistics & Supply Chain

Role Level: Senior Leadership

Location: Mumbai (South Mumbai)

Experience: 8-12+ years of hands-on experience in export documentation, logistics, and international trade compliance, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/engineering or similar sectors.

Role: We are seeking a Senior Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead our export documentation, logistics coordination, and international trade compliance function. The role will be responsible for end-to-end export documentation, shipment monitoring, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the management of export incentives in accordance with current regulations.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics; MBA/PG in International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of INCOTERMS, DGFT policies, customs procedures, export incentives (RoDTEP, DBK), and banking documentation (LC, collections, remittances).

Skills, Competencies & Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent understanding of end-to-end export documentation and shipment lifecycle (pre-shipment to post-shipment).

- Strong coordination skills with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, banks, and international buyers.

- High attention to detail, with strong document checking, compliance orientation, and problem-solving ability.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM/logistics software, and online portals such as ICEGATE/DGFT where applicable.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work under time-sensitive, shipment-driven timelines.

- Ability to lead a logistics team and collaborate effectively with internal departments (sales, finance, production, quality).
