Lead Internal Control Unit Urgently hiring for Lead Internal Control Unit (6 countries) role with MNC Bank based out of Mumbai. Mode of work : Hybrid Exp : 3+ (Banking exp) Role : - Responsible for timely revisions and successful implementation of ICU related framework, procedures etc. - Support 1st line of defense in audit planning and remediation exercise by encouraging utilization of Self-Identified issues (RAR/RDR/MER/Internal tracking) / action plan closures etc. - Effective country wide governance & monitoring framework meeting compliance requirements from local regulations, IBG Governance priorities (IBG Handbook - IGH) or be it from internal Policies (country & HO). - Monitor & track audit closures raised by regulators / Internal Audit & ensure timely follow-ups, escalations for closures with the auditee units for timely remediation - Support in-country ICU or IBG COS office on any change initiatives or optimization programs in the countries or HO as identified and assigned to ICU Must Have : - Banking and financial services experience with exposure to governance aspects including but not limited to risk management, internal controls or compliance - High integrity and ethical culture carrier - Broad understanding of banking and financial services industry - Knowledge of transactional and entity wide risk management - Excellent communication skills, data analysis, presentation skills etc. - Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to demonstrate ownership, self starter and motivation
