Qualification : CA

Experience : 8-12 Years

Industry : NBFC / Banking

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead risk-based internal audits across business functions.

- Evaluate internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes.

- Identify control gaps and drive closure of audit observations.

- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and internal policies.

- Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements :

Qualified CA with 8-12 years of Internal Audit experience.

- Strong exposure to NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Services.

- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
