Lead - Interior Designer

Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process for assigned projects-from concept development and spatial planning to FF&E curation and final styling.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Architecture, Art & Graphics, Construction, Real Estate,) and external consultants to deliver cohesive and timely design outcomes.

Creative Direction: Develop compelling design narratives aligned with the brand and member needs. Translate briefs into design strategies that balance creativity with functionality.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously across stages. Ensure timely deliverables, design intent preservation, and quality control.

Mentorship & Oversight: Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance and reviews to maintain quality and consistency across projects.

Sourcing & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, sustainable design practices, and material innovations. Engage with vendors to discover new products and solutions.

Documentation & Drawings: Oversee and review drawing sets, material boards, presentation decks, and BOQs for accuracy and completeness.
