Lead - Institutional Equity Research - Mid Cap/Small Cap - Pharma/Healthcare Sector

- Responsible for quality sector-specific research including the generation of new ideas, bringing in new strategy/ thematic reports and adhering to research Compliance and guidelines.

- In-depth understanding of sectors, and macro/ micro economics data.

- Should understand all companies falling under the said sectors.

- Should be well-versed with trends in the industry, key players and their competitive strategies and strengths.

- Understand sector dynamics and prepare detailed Financial and valuation models with the ability to understand and formulate business drivers (revenue, cost, etc.) of the companies under coverage.

- Estimate future income statement for the company based on its current performance

- Undertaking primary research to structure and create a differentiated strategy and thematic research report

- Writing Research reports with investment recommendations through Company initiation reports followed by event-based and Quarterly earning reviews and previewing and analysing quarterly variances

- Manage meetings with covered companies and Investors and organise Roadshows

- Conduct Road shows for companies under the coverage of domestic and offshore clients

- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of recommendations, background and breaking information on covered companies to the Sales team/ Research (If need be)
