Lead - Institutional Equity Research Analyst - Real Estate Sector

Job Description:

- Research Analyst covering the Indian Real Estate sector.

- Update models and write stock specific research for earnings update and company specific news.

- Write industry notes discussing current developments within the sector and analyzing its impact on stocks.

- Lead the end-to-end research process for the Real Estate sector, producing high-quality initiation reports and thematic notes to provide clients with a competitive edge in market positioning.

- Construct and maintain sophisticated financial models and valuation frameworks to ensure accuracy in earnings projections and target price setting for covered companies.

- Engage regularly with CXOs and Investor Relations teams of listed firms to gather proprietary insights and validate investment hypotheses.

- Collaborate with the institutional sales and trading desks to communicate investment ideas effectively, ensuring timely dissemination of research to key fund managers.

- Recommend rating changes and thematic notes.

- Writing of reports for Institutional clients to provide deeper insight into workings of companies under coverage. The reports include visit note, initiating coverage, result update, visit update, IPO note and concall update.
