- Lead and manage the Silicon Recycle/ Charge Process Engineering team to ensure a process stability and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize silicon recycle processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze process data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all recycle manufacturing processes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Implement and oversee process validation and qualification activities.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and changes, and reporting on process performance to senior management.
- Working with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment that meet process requirements and quality standards.
Required Technical Experience:
- Design, implement and optimise industrial processes in the manufacturing setup. Focus more on the mathematical and physical aspects of production.
Required Leadership Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in leading a team to manage the stability of the process of a manufacturing plant.
Experience:
- Essential Work experience: 22+ Years
- Industry Preference: Electronic, Solar, Semiconductor, steel/Alloy and Aluminium foundries or other high-tech Industry.
