Influencer Marketing Lead


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with brand values and campaign goals.

- Oversee end-to-end campaign management from planning and content coordination to execution and performance tracking.

- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and enhance effectiveness.

- Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to integrate influencer efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

- Stay current on influencer trends, platform updates, and advertising regulations specific to India.

- Manage campaign budgets, influencer contracts, and legal agreements.

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing.

- Proven track record in executing successful campaigns, preferably within the Indian broking sector or fast-paced startups.

- Deep knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficient in using analytics tools to guide marketing decisions.

- Creative thinker with a sharp understanding of Indian consumer behavior and content trends.

- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
