Nature of Role : Team Management; Will handle a team
Work Timings : 11 am - 12 noon onwards ; 5 days working
CTC : Industry Standards
Experience : 10+ yrs (Minimum three years of Team management/handling experience)
Education : Master's degree in human resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent
Role Definition
- The HR Head is responsible for strategizing human resource functions and ensuring that these are aligned with the business strategies and plans of the organization.
- The position is also responsible for all functional aspects of HR like culture building, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, compensation management, and formulation and implementation of staff policies and rules.
