Roles and responsibilities :

Responsible for the entire operations of the Human Resources Department

- Preparing and implementing policies suitable to the organization and in line with the statutory compliances

- Managed and led end-to-end HR operations within the circle, ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and execution.

- Ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department, and working towards improving the Employee Value Proposition.

- Handling the performance management, grievance management and employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure error free payroll processing as per the statutory process guidelines.

- Lead employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and policy compliance.

- Enforced HR and vendor compliance across multiple circles, reducing risk and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations
