- Lead the HR team to strongly support business transformation, intergration and strategic achievement in India. - Drive merger and acquisition for a newly acquired company is Gurgaon. Integrate and merge job levels and compensation structures for the companies - Responsible for providing the overarching HR team target for the organisation such as implementing the HR agenda, talent programmes, and change management of the company. - Strongely operate with autonomy, flexibility, resilience and independence during period that the organisation is constantly developing, growing and changing. - Manage the practice for the country to embark on a HR transformational journey for the organization. - Work closely with the assigned business clients in developing a comprehensive knowledge of the business to provide an anticipate the required human resource support needed - Provide the appropriate business partner support in the acquisition, development and retention of talent, working in close collaboration with the APAC HR team - Work closely with regional CoE team to align the HR practice launching at local level. - Support the design and development of reward and incentive plans, working closely with the APAC HR team - Participate in global/regional HR projects in support of the overall global HR business strategy An ideal candidate: - More than 8-10 years experience in relevant functions in an international MNC. - More than 5 years working experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Managers - Strong knowledge of India labor law and regulation. - Solid knowledge of compensation regulation for India - Experience in Global HCM system is preferred - Experience in M&A project is preferred
