HR Lead
Role Summary:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions across the organization, partnering with leadership to drive people strategy, compliance, and employee experience, while leveraging HR technology and AI-enabled tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle
- Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and audits
- Support learning, engagement, and workforce planning
- Use HR systems, automation, and AI tools to improve HR operations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR experience
- Strong hands-on expertise across core HR functions
- Experience working with HR technology and AI tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
