Lead Talent Acquisition & HR

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and HRBP responsibilities for a growing organization, with strong ownership of performance management, leadership hiring, and people initiatives. Also oversee HR operations like payroll and compliance.

Key Responsibilities (80% TA + HRBP + Performance Management)

- Own hiring strategy across levels, with focus on quality and speed

- Lead performance management cycles, goal-setting, and reviews

- Partner with business leaders on org design, workforce planning, and engagement

- Drive HR policies, culture initiatives, and employee lifecycle programs

- Manage key HR interventions for retention and team effectiveness

Key Responsibilities (20% HR Ops):

- Oversee payroll coordination, HR compliance, and basic operations

- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and HR process hygiene

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 6+ years in Talent Acquisition + HRBP roles (startup/growth org preferred)

- Strong hiring capability + business partnering mindset

- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-moving environment
