Role and Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company mission and objectives. - Collaborate with the leadership team to shape organizational culture and foster employee engagement. Talent Acquisition & Management - Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent aligned with the organization's values. - Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees. - Create succession plans to ensure continuity of leadership and key roles. Employee Relations - Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR matters. - Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
