Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Lead - Bulk Hiring professional with extensive experience in managing high-volume hiring, preferably in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) or related domains.

The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and must be an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage bulk hiring initiatives across AP & AR verticals.

- Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.

- Collaborate with business heads to understand workforce requirements and define hiring priorities.

- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and

recruitment agencies.

- Manage and mentor a recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring practices.

- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports and dashboards.

- Maintain candidate database and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to bulk hiring, preferably in AP, AR, or a related industry.

- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
