- Manage and improve HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance reporting.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with Leadership to address workforce requirements and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company regulations in all HR practices.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and resolve related queries efficiently.
- Design and implement HR transformation strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Partner with technology teams to deploy HR systems and automation tools.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with global HR teams for policy alignment and best practices.
Profile:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within the Technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
