Position: Lead HR Operations
Education: MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBA/CA
Location: Chennai
Age: Max 45 Years
Reporting To: CHRO
Purpose Of the role:
The Lead - Human Resources will be responsible for leading the HR Operations of the Company and setting up strong and robust governance mechanism across various HR processes including but not limited to, recruitment compliance, employee life cycle, payroll, performance management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Responsible for overseeing the governance of recruitment process, ensuring that all the prescribed HR - Talent Acquisition norms are followed while HR
Payroll: Having a centralized control on the end-to-end payroll process across zones, focusing on compliance, optimization, accuracy, and efficiency. Ensuring the processing of monthly payroll for all employees, including entering and updating employee data, salary adjustments, and deductions.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in all HR shared services activities
Performance Management: Ensuring that incentive processes are well defined. Reporting and presenting to the senior management, highlighting operational performance, key achievements, and areas for improvement.
Data Maintenance: Maintaining HR records and ensuring data confidentiality. Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee files, including new hires, active employees report, terminations, leave balances, and salary changes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the organization and also external stakeholders/clients
Audit: Supporting all audits on payroll related matters and also any other HR related matters.
Finance and Taxation Collaboration: ensuring collaboration across finance and taxation teams on a regular basis to ensure seamless reporting.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be proficient in payroll review, accounting practices and governance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, problem-solving ability and with strong HR Management knowledge and expertise.
