Job Description:
- Lead the payroll & HR Analytics team , ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
- Review the work of team members to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the planning and monitoring of overall payroll processes. Ensure accurate and timely salary structuring and processing.
- Develop and monitor key matrices for payroll processes to optimize performance.
- Prepare and review reports, including CTC reconciliation and variance analysis using Excel.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.
- Create and review comprehensive payroll reports and ensure accurate data tracking.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients regarding payroll processes and performance.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll management, In-depth knowledge of payroll processing , including compliance with PF, ESI, LWF , and income tax regulations .
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for payroll reporting (CTC reconciliation, variance analysis, etc)
- Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement workflow enhancements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective collaboration.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management.
