
We are working with a mid sized global IT consulting firm to hire an experienced Lead - HR Operations to join them. This is <500 team organization so apart from HR Operations, the person will also have an opportunity to lead some of the other initiatives including Talent and Performance Management.
This role will focus on the entire Hire to Retire HR operations. In this role, you will oversee key HR functions, including employee lifecycle, performance management, change management, employee support services and exit management. This is a global position focused on ensuring seamless HR operations while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

P.S: This is not a shared services role, we need someone who can manage a span of 200-400 employees but brings strong expertise of global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, performance management and change management.
- Manage employee queries, ensuring timely resolutions through HR support channels.
- Develop and refine HR operational policies, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR operations with organizational needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support talent retention strategies.
- Drive HR digitization and process automation initiatives.
- Implement performance management frameworks and ensure consistent application across teams.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 8+ years post MBA in HR with at least 3 years in a people management role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms- DarwinBox or Workday.
- Must have worked with a tech based startup with a global presence.
