Lead - HR Operations - FinTech Firm

Hiring: HR Operations Lead | Bangalore | Direct Payroll

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Lead to join our client in Bangalore. This role will report directly to the India HR Operations Head and is critical in driving seamless and compliant HR processes across the organization.

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Employee Life Cycle (onboarding to exit)

- Manage Compensation & Benefits, payroll audits, and statutory compliance

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and reporting

- Oversee international/domestic mobility (visa, FRRO, expat handling)

- Ensure labour law compliance and manage disciplinary procedures

- Maintain HRMS, digital transformation initiatives & HR documentation

What We're Looking For:

- 8 to 10 years of HR experience

- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll, and benefits

- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR digital tools

- Exposure to international and domestic mobility (preferred)

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management & team leadership skills

Qualification:

- Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field
