Job Description: Lead HR Data Analyst (Talent Acquisition Analytics)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead HR Data Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Individual Contributor (IC). This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with 1015 years of experience in HR analytics, specifically supporting Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in recruitment metrics, hiring lifecycle analytics, dashboarding, and stakeholder reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making across the recruitment function. The successful candidate will work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR Business Partners, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners, and business stakeholders to provide actionable insights, optimize hiring performance, and drive recruitment effectiveness through advanced analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage Talent Acquisition analytics and reporting across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into hiring performance, recruitment funnel metrics, and operational KPIs.

- Analyze recruitment conversion metrics across every stage of the hiring process (e.g., TR1, TR2, TR3, HR interviews, offer, joining) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

- Track and report recruiter, RPO, referral program, and other hiring channel performance through data-driven insights.

- Measure key recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, candidate conversion, and recruiter productivity.

- Consolidate and validate recruitment data from multiple sources including ATS platforms and HR systems.

- Build executive-level weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc dashboards for senior leadership.

- Present meaningful insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.

- Create diversity and inclusion dashboards, including metrics across business units, gender diversity, hiring mix, location-wise hiring, and other strategic workforce indicators.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to support workforce planning and hiring strategy through predictive and descriptive analytics.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and reporting standardization across Talent Acquisition functions.

- Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in HR Analytics, with significant experience supporting Talent Acquisition.

- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle and recruitment operations.

- Hands-on experience analyzing recruitment funnel and conversion metrics across various interview stages.

- Experience managing analytics for high-volume hiring environments.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment performance metrics and hiring channel effectiveness.

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling, dashboards).

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization.

- Experience extracting, cleansing, and consolidating data from multiple HR systems and ATS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with one or more ATS/HRMS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data into business insights.

- Proven experience working with senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholders.

- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners and vendor performance analytics.

- Exposure to workforce planning, predictive hiring analytics, or HR reporting automation.

- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools is an added advantage.

- Experience working in large enterprise or global organizations.
