
Position: Lead-HR Business Partnering- Multiple Business Units (Leading Manufacturing MNC)
Role:
- Lead the HR Business Partnering function for multiple Business Units of the Company, including Corporate Employees as well as Plant Employees
- Role is 60% Strategic HR and 40% Transactional
- Responsible for end-to-end HR functions from hire-to-retire including TA, Talent Management, Performance Management, Capability Building, Learning & Development, Employee Experience
- Formulating and implementing the talent management strategy, programs & workforce plan that addresses both the strategic and operational needs of the business
- Employee Engagement, Nurturing Values & Culture. To formulate and implement programs and processes for ensuring Employee Engagement with a high level of involvement of the people in their jobs
- Handling Annual performance management process and pay process aligned to organization goals.
- Designs and develop HR policies and Practices
- Create an engagement plan for talent in the organisation
- Managing a team
- Position reports to the Head-HR for the Company
- Willingness to travel
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 12-15 yrs of experience in HR with leadership experience in HR Business Partnering in a manufacturing company
- Experience of HR Business Partnering and providing solution centric enablers that support business & people development
- Good communication and people management skills
- Good Stakeholder management skills
- Should have handled teams
- Should have worked in a manufacturing company
