
Lead-HR Business Partnering & People Practices (Global IT Services Company)
Role:
- Lead the HR Business Partnering function for the Technology and R&D Business Units
- Lead the People Practices agenda including Capability Building, Learning & Development, Talent Mangement, Capability Development, Career Planning, Employee Experience, Managing Performance
- Formulating and implementing the talent management strategy, programs & workforce plan that addresses both the strategic and operational needs of the business
- Lead the L&D Agenda of the Company, create action plans and pursue them effectively to build functional and behavioral skills of employees in the organisation
- Create an approach and action plan for productivity enhancement and measuring effectiveness from the capability development standpoint
- To build the capabilities of the organization and its people through various initiatives and programs focusing on a competency-based learning approach.
- To design and deploy an effective career management framework while managing the aspirations of the talent in the organization; facilitate career conversations and succession planning initiatives.
- Employee Engagement, Nurturing Values & Culture. To formulate and implement programs and processes for ensuring Employee Engagement with a high level of involvement of the people in their jobs
- Handling Annual performance management process and pay process aligned to organization goals.
- Designs and develop HR policies and Practices
- Create an engagement plan for talent in the organisation
- Company's Employees are spread across India, Middle East, Europe and the US
- Managing a team
- Position reports to the CHRO
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 12-15 yrs of experience in HR with a mix of experience in HR Business Partnering as well experience in HR COE functions
- Experience of HR Business Partnering and providing solution centric enablers that support business & people development
- Experience in conceptualising and implementing processes for building competencies and driving OD interventions
- Good communication and people management skills
- Good Stakeholder management skills
- Should have handled teams
- Preferably should have worked in a professional process oriented IT/ ITES organisation
