About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a high-potential HR professional to join a fast-growing organization and partner closely with senior leadership on strategic people initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building from first principles, solving complex organizational challenges, and driving large-scale people transformations.

The role will focus on leading critical HR projects, establishing scalable people processes, supporting organization-building efforts, and partnering with business leaders to enable growth. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving execution with a strong ownership mindset.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Background:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline from a premier institution such as XLRI, TISS, MDI Gurgaon, SCMHRD, XIMB, SIBM, IIMs, or other leading business schools.

Experience:

- 8 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within high-growth startups, unicorns, new-age organizations, or entrepreneurial environments.

- Experience working as an HR Business Partner, HR Projects Lead, HR Transformation Specialist, Organization Development professional, or in a strategic HR role.

- Demonstrated experience in 0-to-1 building and scaling HR systems, policies, processes, governance structures, and people frameworks.

- Proven track record of independently leading HR transformation initiatives, special projects, organization-building efforts, or change management programs.

- Experience working directly with senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder environments.
