This individual will drive talent strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and recruitment for the assigned function(s), acting as a key advisor to business leaders. Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering - Partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned with business goals. - Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and capability building initiatives. - Act as a cultural custodian, driving high employee engagement, retention, and alignment to company values. - Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people productivity and morale. - Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling in line with company policy. Talent Acquisition - Own end-to-end recruitment for your business unit from workforce planning to offer rollout. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. - Leverage internal databases, external hiring partners, job portals, and social media to attract high-quality talent. - Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen visibility in the job market. - Ensure robust candidate experience and effective onboarding handover.
