Position Overview: As the HRBP Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our people strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture that aligns with our company values and supports our business objectives. This is a strategic leadership position that requires a combination of HR expertise, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent across various roles and levels. - Implement effective recruitment practices, including job postings, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and selection processes. - Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to enhance our talent pipeline. 2. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
