Role Overview:
The HRBP Leader will partner closely with senior business leaders to drive the people agenda aligned to business strategy. This role requires deep expertise in business partnering, talent management, workforce planning, and change management within large IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to CXOs, business heads, and senior leaders
- Translate business goals into effective people and organizational strategies
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Talent & Leadership Management:
- Drive talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development
- Identify high-potential talent and enable robust succession pipelines
- Partner with L&D on capability building initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Lead complex employee relations matters with maturity and judgement
- Drive engagement, culture, and retention initiatives across business units
- Strengthen manager capability through coaching and HR interventions
Change & Transformation:
- Support business transformation, M&A integrations (if any), and change programs
- Enable adoption of new HR policies, systems, and ways of working
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and internal governance standards
- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, HR Operations) for seamless delivery
Key Requirements:
- 17-22 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure as an HR Business Partner
- Strong experience in IT / ITES organizations (mandatory)
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and large employee populations
- Sound understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR governance
- Experience handling organizational change and complex stakeholder environments
- Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills
