About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to partner with business leadership for a large Engineering Division of 3,000+ employees. The incumbent will lead a team of 1015 HR professionals a ensuring alignment of people strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HRBP support for a workforce of 3,000+ in design, development, manufacturing, and maintenance operations.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with COEs and business leaders to design and execute workforce and manpower planning strategies.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to business leadership on people-related issues.
- Lead change management, employee relations, and HR governance across the division.
- Mentor and guide a team of 1015 HR professionals, fostering capability building and career development.
Candidate Profile :
- 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 810 years in HRBP leadership roles.
- Must be currently working with a multinational engineering organization (design/development/manufacturing/maintenance).
- Strong exposure to managing large-scale workforces (3,000+ employees).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation.
- Experience in leading HR teams across multiple specialist areas (HRBP, TM, TD, manpower planning).
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
