Role Overview:
The Lead-HRBP (IC Role) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture. This role collaborates closely with various teams, including leadership, managers, and employees, to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance. The Lead-HRBP plays a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies, driving employee engagement, and ensuring effective implementation of HR programs, ultimately contributing to the company's success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives for assigned business units.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee performance and growth.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication during organizational changes.
- Drive talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and retention, to build a strong and diverse workforce.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as compensation and benefits, to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in performance management, talent management, and change management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR Business Partnering.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
