
Job Description: HR Business Partner - Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead core HR processes (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions).
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business - including preparedness of succession planning for key resources
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide market Benchmarking information
- Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree, in a field such as Human Resources and / or MSW / MBA (HRM)
- Overall 10-12 years of HR experience with Work experience in HR Business partnering as well as HR HR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of all relevant employment and benefit laws with the ability to interpret and apply them within daily business decisions impacting organization performance.
- Strong sense of confidentiality regarding personnel information, financial information, employee health, and other sensitive subjects.- Highly organized with the ability to manage time, prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and remain productive amid frequent interruptions and with limited supervision.
- Very high level of accuracy and attention to detail & deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with persons from various backgrounds and education levels.
- Must be able to communicate and manage sensitive and sometimes difficult information in a composed and confident manner.
- Strong customer/personal service skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Willing and able to adapt to changes in work environment, procedures, priorities, and job duties.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for job-related communication, including understanding policies, writing correspondence, and engaging with colleagues or clients.
