Seeking a experienced HRBP professional for a market-defining organization with a strong industry presence, driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusive growth. As the organization continues to expand and strengthen our strategic focus on people and performance they are looking for a dynamic and experienced HRBP Lead to partner with the business and help drive the people agenda across the organization.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the HR Head and senior leadership team to align business objectives with people strategies. You will be responsible for leading the HR Business Partnering function across verticals, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, driving performance and talent management, and creating an enabling work environment that supports business growth and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing HR guidance and support aligned to business goals.

- Collaborate closely with the HR Head and leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

- Drive key HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement.

- Manage employee relations and proactively address people issues in alignment with business needs and organizational values.

- Partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.

- Use data and insights to inform HR strategies and present recommendations to leadership.

- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion and support the creation of a high-performance, values-driven culture.

Desired Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a premier institute.

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role within a large organization.

- Strong exposure to managing HR across diverse teams/functions/business units.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence senior leadership.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR strategy to business outcomes.

- High level of emotional intelligence, people management, and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
