Lead - HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a pivotal role that will be instrumental in shaping our people's agenda and driving our continued growth.

You will work in close collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders, to drive a transformative people agenda. Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.

- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, providing guidance on all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for an employee base of 200-300 individuals.

- Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, with a focus on creating a positive and engaging employee experience.

- Innovation and Technology: Champion the use of technology and AI to enhance HR processes and empower our workforce.

- Culture and Engagement: Be a custodian of our company culture. Develop and implement initiatives that promote a fun, merit-based, and decentralized work environment.

- Performance Management: Drive a high-performance culture by implementing effective performance management systems and processes.

- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.

- Location: Indira Nagar, Bengaluru, hybrid work from office 3 days a week.
